speedART 2010 Porsche 997 Turbo

speedART has always offered great tuning packages for Porsche Turbo and the latest one based on the 2010 997 is no exception.

The BTR-II 650 EVO features a new body kit including a front spoiler lip and gun-metal frames for more downforce and better brake cooling, side skirts, rear diffuser and a rear spoiler with movable rear wing.

Also contributing to the looks are the new LSC FORGED 20-inch light weight alloys which come with 245/30 tires for front and 325/25 for the rear. These wheels along with the modified suspension provide spot on handling for the Turbo.

speedART technicians have also come up with a performance package which consists of bigger turbochargers, adjusted electronics, bigger intercoolers and new active exhausts, all of which result in a big leap in power.

Instead of the standard 500 hp, the car now puts out 650 hp which means you can hit the 100 km/h from zero in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of over 330 km/h.

Vorsteiner body kit for Mercedes C63 AMG

Vorsteiner has come up with a cool idea to give the Mercedes C63 AMG the Black Series appearance!

So they modeled it on the old CLK63 AMG Black and designed the car a new front skirt, new side sills, a big rear diffuser and a rear wing. The whole kit is made of high quality carbon composites. Not only this kit gives the C63 a more aggressive pose, it also improves its aerodynamic efficiency and downforce.

The tuner finishes off the car by bolting their new 8 twin spoke mesh Vorsteiner V-101 Monoblock Forged wheel which is available in 20×8.5 – 20×9.5 inch or 19×8.5 – 19×9.5 on it, which can be had in Brushed Aluminum, Chrome, Gunmetal, Black, Silver, Textured Black,or any custom finishing.

These wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.

Vorsteiner aerodynamic kit for Porsche Carrera MKII

V-GT is the name of Vorsteiner’s new kit for the Porsche 911 Carrera MKII which is designed to enhance the car’s aerodynamic characteristics.

The kit consists of a front spoiler lip and a rear diffuser! They are both made of carbon fiber. The front spoiler extends the front bumper and therefore increases the downforce at high speed, while it’s ducts provide more air for cooling brake pads. The rear diffuser too is unique. It features a three-fin muscular design and has quad tailpipes integrated in it.

Vorsteiner also offers some extra options with this package including a carbon fiber roof and 19 and 20-inch forged alloy wheels. The V-GT kit is available for all Carrera models including Targa and Cabrio.

VATH Mercedes ML63 AMG Super SUV

585 hp, 690 nm of torque, and 300 km/h top speed. You are definitely thinking a supercar of some kind reading these numbers, but they actually belong to a Mercedes ML!

This however is no ordinary SUV in which you do school run or that sorta of things. This is based on a ML63 AMG which is already tuned to the limit. But VATH has got the hold of it and went way beyond that limit!

To get that much power out of the car’s 6.2 liter V8, the tuner had to implement a number changes including enlarging cylinder heads for sport camshafts, installing sport exhaust with headers as well as a high-performance air intake system and upgrading the car’s electronic control unit.

They have also provided the car with sport springs and coilovers which drops it by 40mm and 22-inch light alloy wheels to make sure it won’t handle like a clown. Those wheels are covered with high performance 265/35 ZR 22 and 305/30 ZR 22 Dunlop tires.

VATH also installs a few aerodynamic-tweaking parts like the rear roof wing for the sake of more downforce. Now this package is really mouthwatering, mind you that it’s quit expensive as well! The engine treatment for instance costs nearly 20,000 euros alone! or the wheels that are 8,000 euros a set… you get the idea!

The exclusive MANSORY aerodynamics package sets benchmarks in quality and appearance. On the one hand, the car body components made of PU-RIM perfectly integrate into the original design, but also render a significant dynamic style. Front- and rear apron in connection with the side skirts form a unit and do not only present a visual and colour-coordinated refinement. LED daylight running lights which are integrated in the front apron render additional passive safety and in combination with the carbon fibre bonnet they enhance the dynamic look of the two-door car. In addition, the component parts optimise the air duct over the car silhouette which renders positive effects on the handling.

The necessary extra downforce can be attributed to the carbon rear lip which perfectly flows into the shape of the boot lid and prevents any troubles with the traction Top-class twelve-cylinder sound The newly developed stainless steel exhaust system with two angular, overlapping chrome end pipes render a striking note to the tail and supply the twelve-cylinder with an earthy rumbling sound. High-tech rims for best road holding In order to draw level with the extra performance, MANSORY developed a light alloy wheel measuring 10.5 x 21 inches.

By using weight-saving aluminium alloys and the therefore resulting reduction of the unsprung masses, not only the braking distance, but also the handling is significantly improved. In co-operation with Dunlop, high-performance wheels type Dunlop Sport Maxx GT measuring 285/30 ZR 21 were developed. Moreover, the newly designed control unit for air suspension which allows lowering the sports car´s centre of gravity in different levels, renders additional dynamic high-lights.
