Hot Cars

What makes a car “hot”?  In essence it is the car’s looks, speed, and power.  A hot car must have all three of these – lacking any one of these doesn’t make them hot cars, it makes them more like mars bars.  If you’re looking to buy one of the many thousands of hot cars out there, make sure you don’t get a lemon.  You want a good car, a plum – so be prepared to pay a higher price.  Get the full history of the car and the full history of repairs made to the car.  Hot cars need to be reliable, hot cars need to be in tune, hot cars need to have a low mileage, and hot cars need to be well taken care of.  There is no excuse for all the formerly hot cars that are now not cars – people who cannot maintain and take care of a hot car should give it up immediately and find it a better caretaker.  Hot cars are expensive, but they are also investments since they are usually higher performers.

When you’re looking for a hot car keep in mind that allot of great cars look the same – try to find one different.  Maybe all your friends have hot cars that are red, so instead of red you get one that is blue, silver, or gray.  Keep in mind it has to match the overall look of the car or else your hot car will be a fiscal scar.  Keep your eyes open for the best deal when searching – sometimes people don’t realize what they’re getting rid of.  many times you don’t have to go search for hot cars, you can search for reliable cars that you can then turn into a hot car – using a kit or tuning it to be a sleeper.  You never know what you might find by thinking out of the box when looking for hot cars.
