This all-black Mercedes CLS gets a complete body kit with revised bumpers, new side skirts, new grille, smoked lights, front and rear spoilers, and rear diffuser. It also gets four big tailpipes.

But the real party piece is the matte black foil wrap all over the car which gives it a distinctive character. That’s completed with black 20-inch rims MEC has provided for this car.

All this years Mercedes CLS W219 has been around, but only now we get a very cool package for it!

You see modifying the E is tricky because it’s so cool and discrete that you might ruin it trying to improve it, as we’ve seen with many aftermarket kits for the car. RevoZport though seem to have pulled it off properly.

Based on the AMG sport pack, the car gets a carbon front spoiler, blacked out grille, diffuser, tail spoiler, roof spoiler and side skirts. Not to mention all of them are made of exposed carbon fiber. You can also have the F1-inspired airfoil antenna. You have different choices for the wheel-tire combination, but the body kit itself costs $4,980.

REZONANCE – Mercedes E COUPE & CABRIOLET

Asia styling company Revozport’s new creation for the Mercedes E Coupe and Cabriolet has finally unveiled from its concept drawing board. “The design concept is to bring out the lines of the E Coupe, give it more substance and aggressiveness it deserves. Something what AMG should have done”, said Ken Cheung, Director of Revozport.

The complete styling kit available to all E Coupe and Cabriolet features a lightweight vented bonnet, a new front bumper with integrated LED, a carbon aggressive front splitter to complete the front end. The rear is coupled with the 4 elements carbon rear diffuser with an integrated LED fog and reverse light from the AMG SLS, carbon fibre trunk spoiler and roof spoiler. Another new feature never been offered in the market is the Antenna Airfoil, a feature inspired by the F1 onboard camera.

Apart from the renowned quality of the carbon fibre products the company produced, Revozport’s new PFRP products are now produced by “RTM” Resin Transfer Moulding technology. This technology provides high product precision and quality consistency to each and every product. The Rezonance styling kit is now available to order.

In fact it’s better than that. Sure the matte black paint and black wheels are a bit too much, but it’s more discrete than the AMG version. And yes, it’s based on the CLS500, but don’t think it’s a wuss because Kicherer has tuned the engine up to 470 hp. So it’s very nearly just as powerful.

The aggressive styling is complemented by interior elements and door sills in piano lacquer.

By means of a software update and a sports exhaust system the performance of the V8 biturbo engine was increased by around 62 Ps and 90 Newton metres. To help the 470 horsepower get straight to work an original KICHERER PowerConverter (with an E certificate of conformity) was mounted in the vehicle. The accelerator pedal thus reacts almost immediately to the driver’s commands. Both ear and eye can delight in many ways in a beautiful exhaust system at the rear of the vehicle.

On the one hand even the ex-works end pipes are convincing with a modern, almost rectangular design and on the other hand the KICHERER sports exhaust system behind it produces a sportily exciting but still discrete V8 sound.

The choice of wheels for this car is the hand-made KICHERER RS-1 20 inch forged wheels – behind which one can easily imagine the power of the 6 and 4 piston high performance braking system.

Yep, the 6.3 liter V12 engine has been used again to create a new monster out of the otherwise sublime and elegant Mercedes E Cabrio. An amazing piece of kit both to look at and to drive, with top speed of 370 km/h, and with a super fat price tag of EUR 478,000 (built to order).

The engine that provides that O’Mighty umpf is a jewel. The most powerful engine in the BRABUS lineup is based on the three-valve V12 engine of the current Mercedes S 600 model. The company’s engine-building shop reengineers this engine in all aspects. A special crankshaft with longer stroke and larger pistons in conjunction with increased cylinder bore bumps displacement from standard 5.5 to 6.3 liters (336 to 384 cu. in.). Further modifications to the engine’s inner workings include cylinder heads optimized for mixture flow and sports camshafts.

The BRABUS 800 V12 Biturbo powertrain, lubricated with high-tech lubricants from technology partner ARAL, transforms the four-seater convertible into the most powerful and fastest of its kind in the world. 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW at 5,500 rpm and peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft), limited electronically in the car to 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft), are as unique as the driving performance this car delivers.

Sure you do get a cool aero kit that make the look very awesome and also helps with the aerodynamic, but at the end of the day, it’s just a Mercedes E Class. It’s that engine that gives it such a magnificent character. It dominates everything.

It’s a complete package for the drop-top Mercedes E 350 CDI four-seater cabriolet which enhances it in terms of styling, engine and interior.

They start with the body and give the car an elegant and sporty kit with spoiler lip, side skirts, rear wing and new sets of wheels and tires from 18 to 20-inch in size. Also thanks to the lowered suspension, the E-Cabrio looks much cooler while its handling characteristics is improved as well.

Then they set about tuning the engine. The car’s 3.5 liter V6 diesel gets a new bespoke ECU upgrade package and a sport exhaust system, so instead of the standard 230 hp it now develops 280 and 560 Nm of torque.

But there’s still room for improvement, and that’s where the tuners come in! Here’s Wheelsandmore take on this fab car.

As usual they have bolted some of their fancy 20-inch rims on the car, but the main feature if this car is the engine. That 6.2 liter V8 has been upgraded to 600 hp and 710 Nm of torque.

To achieve this level of power the tuner has remapped the car ECU, installed 4in1 manifolds, and replaced the exhausts system with a sport stainless steel one which has electronically controlled valves for extra exhaust noise when you feel like it!

It’s based on the S550 model which has been converted into the new S65 using the same AMG bumpers and lights. But they have added their own touches to the car including suspension lowering and new 20-inch wheels.

MEC has installed the ELS Lowering Module on this car which can drop it for as much as 65mm. But it’s also adjustable and speed dependent. So while it looks awesome, there’s no compromise on comfort and ride quality.

Other great feature of this S-class is the new mecxtremeIII three piece Satin Edition wheels in size 11×20-inch for front and 12,5×20-inch for the rear, which totally fit into the flared arches.

The interior of the car is also garnished with sport steering wheel and special floor mats with the tuner logo.

It’s done with Prior Design’s new PD series conversion kit, which is a nicely composed package to turn the old SLs into the new one, or just widen the current models!

Being based on the SL65 AMG means you get similar bumpers at front and rear with spoiler lip, bigger intakes and diffuser, along with a boot lid spoiler and four tailpipes. But the main feature of the body which has given it this great character is indeed the massively flared wheel arches.

Other nice touches which help the car with this amazing style include the huge and nicely designed rims and the modified air suspension which can be adjusted electronically. If I had this car, the suspension would always be on the lowest level!

But American tuner Vorsteiner thinks that it has to show off its inner power a bit! So they’ve come up with a new kit for it to do the job.

They install a new carbon fiber front spoiler on the front bumper and also replace the bonnet with a blacked-out one. Then they put the new side skirts on which lowers the car a bit, and then at the rear, they offer a new deck lid spoiler plus a new diffuser.

To complete the angry style of their E63, Vorsteiner bolts their new black finished V-308 Sport Concave 3-Piece Forged wheels on it.

The tuner fiddles with the engine, adds a new exhaust system and manifolds, tweaks the ECU, and improves the intercoolers. AS a result, the supercharged V8 churns out a massive 680 hp and 840 nm of torque.

That’s just enough to take this two ton monster up to a top speed of 265 km/h.

The G55 is also fitted with lower sportier suspension, 390mm brake discs, and 21-inch light alloys. The aero kit it sports is also very nice. It includes a new grille, modified bumpers, side steps and a new hood. Inside the cabin, apart form the leather and alcantara, you get a new multimedia system and sporty speedo.
