Their first full-on project is the BRABUS High Performance 4WD Full Electric based on the Mercedes E-Class, shown at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. it features four wheel hub motors from English manufacturer Protean ELECTRIC.

The all-wheel-drive vehicle, which celebrates its world debut at the 2011 IAA, accelerates from 0 – 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 6.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 220 km/h (137 mph) – and all without emitting as much as a single gram of CO2. A powerful 56-kWh lithium-ion battery pack provides an operating range of up to 350 kilometers (217 miles). There are plans for a small-series production run of this unique automobile.

A low weight of just 31 kilograms (68 pounds), a compact diameter of only 42 centimeters (16.5 inches) and a thickness of merely 11.5 centimeters (4.5 in.) make these motors perfectly suited for this project. They are positioned in the BRABUS Monoblock Q wheels in size 8.5Jx19 front and back.

The good thing is, in Brabus’ vision of a green var there is still plenty of fun and speed. So bring it on!

Starting with the body, you get two BRABUS front spoiler lips that attach on the left and right side of the production apron and daytime running lights, BRABUS diffuser and the BRABUS rear spoiler on the trunk lid.

Then there’s the interior where more individuality can be fulfilled by the BRABUS upholstery shop in the form of exclusive interiors crafted from especially soft and breathable BRABUS Mastik leather and Alcantara.

Brabus also provides one-piece or multi-piece designs wheels with diameters ranging from 17 to 20 inches. This wheels in this photo are BRABUS Monoblock F wheels painted the new exclusive ‘Liquid Titanium’ color. They are mounted in size 8.5Jx20 in front and in size 9.5Jx20 on the rear axle. BRABUS offers efficient and reasonably priced BRABUS ECO PowerXtra CGI tuning for the four-cylinder direct-injection engines. After the installation of the BRABUS ECO PowerXtra B20 CGI performance kit the four-cylinder direct-injection engine of the SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY produces an extra 26 hp (25 bhp) / 19 kW of power and an additional 30 Nm (22 lb-ft) of peak torque.

The new SLK 250 BlueEFFICIENCY can be upgraded at BRABUS in two stages. The BRABUS ECO PowerXtra B25 CGI module bumps power output of the four-cylinder direct-injection engine from standard 204 hp (201 bhp) / 150 kW to 230 hp (226 bhp) / 169 kW at just 5,500 rpm.

It adds new aerodynamic bits and pieces and which make the car more efficient in that aspect and also look very cool. There is a new front spoiler, bigger than previous versions, new side skirts, new designs for rear diffuser and boot lid wings, as well as new tail pipes in oval or rectangular shape.

BRABUS Aerodynamic-Enhancement Kit for the Mercedes E-Class with AMG Body Styling

The BRABUS designers have modeled a front spoiler lip that attaches to the lower part of the AMG front apron on the sedans and wagons of the latest E-Class. Its sophisticated shape further reduces lift on the front axle for further improved directional stability.

For the sedan there is also a diffuser and rear spoiler that is mounted on the trunk lid. The former features a centrally located reflector, and stylishly blends with the rear bumper. It has cutouts on either side for the tailpipes of the production exhaust or of the BRABUS quad sport exhaust system.

Like the front spoiler the components for the rear are manufactured in OEM quality from Pur-R-Rim plastic ensuring perfect fit and excellent paintability, both in body or in contrasting color. BRABUS also offers these components with a titanium-colored paint finish.

Also made from super-light composite material are the BRABUS rear spoiler lip and the diffuser insert, which are both reserved for the sedan.

The rear appearance of this model is characterized by the visual trademark of BRABUS, the centrally located reflector. But that’s not all: the diffuser provides the perfect backdrop for the ceramics-coated dual design tailpipes of the BRABUS stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system. The engine that provides that O’Mighty umpf is a jewel. The most powerful engine in the BRABUS lineup is based on the three-valve V12 engine of the current Mercedes S 600 model. The company’s engine-building shop reengineers this engine in all aspects. A special crankshaft with longer stroke and larger pistons in conjunction with increased cylinder bore bumps displacement from standard 5.5 to 6.3 liters (336 to 384 cu. in.). Further modifications to the engine’s inner workings include cylinder heads optimized for mixture flow and sports camshafts.

Sure you do get a cool aero kit that make the look very awesome and also helps with the aerodynamic, but at the end of the day, it’s just a Mercedes E Class. It’s that engine that gives it such a magnificent character. It dominates everything.

This car you see here is called the Vanish and it’s a one-off model prepared by Brabus for a rich customer, and it has 800 hp!

To get this much power out of the Merc’s V12 engine, they have fitted larger turbochargers along with intercoolers, and a whole new exhaust system, plus a special gearbox and bigger brakes to make it drivable .

We just wish they could design a better looking engine cover for it!

Brabus SV12 R benefits from a subtle bodykit which suits it completely. It is a classic and discrete Brabus design which makes the CL such a classy car. They also offer the Monoblock wheels for this cars available in sizes 20,21 and 22-inches. These rims in combination with the tweaked ABC system which lowers the car by 25mm boost the CL’s magnificent presence.

But as it’s the case with every Brabus car, the best part of it is the engine! Here you find the familiar 600-series Mercedes V12 which has a displacement of 6,3 Liter now and is equipped with two bigger turbochargers. It chucks out a massive 750hp and 1350 nm of torque, which had to be limited to 1100, because that’s the maximum different components can take.

Since this huge torque is available form only 2100rpm, this pretty heavy luxury yacht can accelerate to 100 km/h from standing still in 4-seconds and reach a top speed of 340 km/h.

Brabus has also fitted the car with a powerful braking system with 388mm discs at front with 12-caliper pistons and 355 discs with 6-piston calipers at the back.

This is the latest of the lot, which has been revealed at Dubai Motor Show. It is a Mercedes GL which is supposed to be a soft seven-seat SUV for your family, but that’s too boring for Brabus, so they have replaced its engine with the 6.3 liter AMG-V8 of the ML63.

But even that didn’t phase them enough, so they tuned it, to 650 hp! Changes include a twin turbo system, special cast exhaust manifolds with integrated turbine housings and bypass valves, a big water-to-air intercooler as well as a dual intake manifold with cast-in BRABUS Biturbo logos and sport air filters, BRABUS forged pistons, and modified engine electronics.

As a result this super heavy car is capable of accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. However we are afraid to report that the top speed is limited, to JUST 300 km/h!

To give this monster a distinctive look, Brabus has gave it their Widestar bodykit. So it comes with modified front and rear aprons, a new grille, bigger air intakes, LED lights, illuminated side sills, rocker panels and rear diffuser with quad integrated tailpipes on its sides.

The choice of wheels for this car is 23-inch Monoblock E PLATINUM EDITION with Pirelli or YOKOHAMA high-performance tires.

The interior of the GL 63 BiTurbo is also upgraded accordingly to cope with the car’s extreme specs. After all it costs 368,000 Euros, so you are right to expect above the ultimate! The cabin is heavily garnished with high-tech stuff as well as luxury goods.

All three rows of seats have their own multimedia system. There’s five monitors in it! It also has especially soft and breathable Mastik leather and Alcantara upholstery and carbon fiber trim decorations. It is a car for people with exquisite taste!

The Brabus GLK V12 gets the firm’s famous twelve-cylinder twin turbo engine with 750 hp which turns this otherwise efficient crossover into the fastest SUV in the world with 322 km/h top speed!

To meet this goal the engineers installed a number of new parts including a special twin turbo system with two larger turbochargers and more efficient intercoolers, free-flow metal catalysts and a fully stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system custom-tailored to the GLK. And they achieved great results! as the engine returned 750 hp (740 bhp) / 552 kW at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 1,350 Nm (995 lb-ft) at 2,100 rpm, limited in the car electronically to 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft).

The enormous power is transferred to the rear wheels via a reinforced five-speed automatic transmission and a Brabus limited-slip differential with a locking rate of 40 percent.The performance of this amazing car in simply staggering: it has a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of just 4.2 seconds and 12.8 seconds to 200 km/h (124 mph), with a top speed of 322 km/h (211 mph).

The GLK V12 also sports Brabus Widestar body kit which not only give it a mean face, it also improves the aerodynamics. ts large air dams provide radiators and front brakes with ample cooling air. In combination with a carbon-fiber spoiler lip the front apron also minimizes aerodynamic lift on the front axle – a prerequisite for directional stability beyond 300 km/h.

At the back you get a modified rear apron with a centrally located reflector, and custom-tailored cutouts on the right and left side to provide the perfect backdrop for the four characteristically shaped tailpipes of the Brabus stainless-steel sport exhaust system.The car is also 5cm wider and 30mm lower than the standard. Inside the cabin, the GLK V12 comes with a Brabus fully leather interior that can be further refined with Alcantara elements if desired. The interior appointments are rounded out with an ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel, a speedometer with 330-km/h (205-mph) scale and stainless-steel scuff plates with illuminated Brabus WideStar logo. You also have the choice of wood or carbon fiber trimming for dashboard, doors and center console.

The WIDESTAR GL kit, manufactured in OEM quality from Pur-R-Rim plastics, is 5cm wider than the standard car thanks to the elegantly flared wheelarches. It also features larger air dams and LED daytime running lights and auxiliary high beams and fog lamps.

At the back, the new rear apron features an integrated diffuser, courtesy lights that illuminate the ground behind the vehicle and cutouts for the tailpipes of the BRABUS stainless-steel quad sport exhaust system, plus a roof spoiler.
