Switzer P800 Porsche Turbo with Tiptronic Gearbox

Ohio-based tuner Switzer released an update for their current P800 tuning package for Porsche 997 Turbo, in form of a tweaked Tiptronic gearbox.

So far the P800 only came with a manual gearbox because the standard Tiptronic could not handle more than 700 hp, and Switzer’s car develops well over 800 hp.

So they modified gearbox and it’s now capable of delivering over 900 hp. That increases the car’s straight line performance as it can now do 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds.
