		<description>Shenron is way off base. Electric Cars/motors are way more effcient than an internal combustion engines.  25% for a ICE and 95% for Electric. That doesn't take in account for regenerative braking. Ultra Capacitors will replace batteries, and other technology is on the way.</description>

an electric motor but by electricty. And demand for electric cars is due to the increase in gas prices, not any small effect they may have on emissions.
In fact emissions from coal used to produce electricity for electric car sis often much more deadly than anything coming out of a tailpipe. Nor is electric propulsion particularly more energy efficient than gasoline, not
that this is of any conceivable importance.</description>
